Matthew Warner responded to the call for the Church to use all forms of media – including interactive new media – to evangelize and strengthen ministry and communication among God’s people. As an example of people creating new communication resources for the Church, Matt developed Flocknote, a service that can increase the effectiveness of communication in a parish among its members, especially people using the Web.
